By clicking ADD TO CART, the desired item is added to a virtual shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing the other pages of the site while waiting for your order to be confirmed. You can add new purchases at any time, or, using the DELETE ITEM function, remove items already selected. Clicking the SHOPPING BAG link displays the prices of individual items purchased and the total amount of the order, which is still partial and unconfirmed. 6. Since this is a catalog legally comparable to mail order, Vectory Uomo reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchases in the event of an error in the published prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will obviously be reimbursed for any expenses incurred.

Shipping is free throughout Italy
Vectory Uomo ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via DHL express courier. All goods shipped by Vectory Uomo are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, Vectory Uomo will include an invoice detailing the prices of the purchased items in the package (or upon request via email).
FREE INSURANCE
Vectory Uomo is covered for all shipments by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.
ORDER FULFILMENT
All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave Vectory Uomo , , only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Vectory Uomo offers its customers a trackable shipping service provided by DHL. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number provided by DHL, allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the delivery status in real time in the "My Account" section of the website.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipping is available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is available to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the product's destination area. ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately 5-12 days from order placement, depending on our suppliers' availability, with delivery within the next three business days. EU European Countries (DDP): Delivery is approximately 3-5 business days from shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): Delivery is approximately 5-7 business days from shipment. Rest of the World: Delivery is approximately 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer can sign the delivery confirmation with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL office and to Vectory Uomo by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Vectory Uomo will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Vectory Uomo at the Customer's expense. In this case, Vectory Uomo will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
