Shipping
Shipping is free throughout Italy, costs €30 in Europe, and €70 in the rest of the world (costs may vary by a few euros depending on the area).
Vectory Uomo ships to Italy and worldwide via GLS or DHL express courier. All merchandise shipped by Vectory Uomo They are carefully packaged. Together with the shipped goods , Vectory Uomo will include the invoice in the package, detailing the prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.
ORDER FULFILMENT
All orders duly filled and paid will be processed within one working day: all shipments leave from Vectory Uomo (Italy), only on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Vectory Man offers its customers a trackable shipping service, available through GLS or DHL. Customers will receive an email confirming the shipment of their goods, along with the tracking number provided by GLS or DHL, allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipping is available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is available to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the product's destination area. ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment. EU European Countries (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: Delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days of shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer can sign the delivery confirmation with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local GLS or DHL office and to Vectory Uomo. by sending an email to our customer service. If the customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Vectory Uomo will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Vectory Uomo. at the expense of the Customer himself. In this case, Vectory Uomo will take care of it deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
