Returns
Vectory Uomo aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering customers the option to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items (from the second return, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the order excluding shipping costs) . Returns must be made at the customer's expense and responsibility within 14 days of delivery and only if the returned items are intact and unused.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send to Vectory Man one or more returns, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the site Vectory Uomo are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment using a disposable security seal with the logo Vectory Men . The item must be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted if the security seal is perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with a thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the security seal is cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be appropriately packaged and wrapped.
D) - All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the Express Courier that the customer decides to choose within and no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
F) - Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
In case of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Vectory Man reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) - To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address info@vectory.it within 6 days of receiving the goods. The email must include the codes of the items you wish to return. Once the return request has been received, customer service will Vectory Man will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The shipping cost will be paid by the Customer.

Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received, or in the same packaging type and manner.
All returned items will be inspected by Vectory Uomo staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the returns procedure. Vectory Man reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of returned items. These amounts will be determined after evaluating the condition of the returned items and communicated to the Customer.
REIMBURSEMENT
If the return procedure has been completed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund will be made via credit card (if the order was paid for by credit card), PayPal (if the order was paid for by PayPal), or bank transfer within 14 business days.
